Modifications
Biolegio supplies a long list of modifications, and this list is still growing. There are many ways to functionalize a primer, and they can be placed at different positions within the primer. Modifications can be added during DNA synthesis procedure: direct labelling, or indirect through the addition of an amino- or thiollinker.
