Twice Dyed Probes
These linear DNA probes contain a 3’ quencher and a 5’ fluorophore. The probes are designed to anneal between the upstream and the downstream primer in a PCR reaction. For quenching you can choose between TAMRA and different kinds of Black Hole Quenchers. As a fluorophore you have the possibility to choose between many dyes.
