Prepaid Oligo Services purchased from the Biolegio B.V. shall remain valid and available for use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, after which any unused balance or entitlement shall automatically expire without compensation.
The purchase of a Prepaid Oligo Service shall not be deemed a bulk order and shall therefore not qualify the Customer for any additional discounts, preferential pricing, or reductions beyond those already agreed upon under existing pricing arrangements.
All Prepaid Oligo Services are sold on a non-refundable basis. Should the Customer voluntarily discontinue use of the service, or otherwise become unable or ineligible to continue using the service before the prepaid balance has been fully utilized, Biolegio B.V. shall have no obligation to refund, reimburse, or provide credit for any unused portion of the prepaid amount.
